Overall Goal: I want to loose most of my body fat to get down to about 10% by the end of 2009. I want to learn how to get ripped and lean to stay alive and strong.

It has always been a dream of mine to become a bodybuilder and compete in the heavy weight category ever since I was a kid and Arnold was my hero. I started training when I was 16 for a few years and then got stuck on a wild detour. I have been making it my new years resolution ever since and still dreaming about it. Well... This year I woke up and hit my new years resolution and stopped dreaming. When I hit 280 pounds I knew it was past time to do something about it. Reality check!!!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great and look incredible. Self gratification, energy, PUMP. People look at others differently when you are in shape or not. Because I just do!
How I Stay Motivated:
Um?? I look in the mirror with the light s on now!! That's just that way I am now. I need to stay healthy and in great shape. I am 35 years old and it will only get harder the longer that I wait. I have 2 children that I want to learn from me to stay fit and healthy to live better lives.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 40 pounds since I started and I am now lifting heavier weights than I have ever done. I have motivated my wife to join me in the journey to a healthier life. I train hard 5-6 days a week now and am at the gym by 4am.

Goal (Long):
I am currently trying to cut weight down to 220 so I can go skydiving. My goal was to have this done by my birthday this year, but I will have to readjust my goals and go for the end of the year. Main goal is to loose all my fat and replace those pounds with lean muscle. I am trying to hit the gym every morning by 4am 5-6 days a week. More cardio and more weights.
At his age and he is RIPPED!! Never giving up and always young!! He inspires me to get off my lazy ass and hit the gym because your are never to old just too damn lazy!!!
