Progress: I take progress pics every 3 months and keep a detailed lifting log of my workouts. When I'm frustrated I can look back at my lifts 6 months ago and see how much stronger I am now. I'm really motivated when I see someone who's been working out for many years and the amazing gains they've made.

Review: I've tried a lot of PWOs over the last few years and I was very pleased with the Lemon Lime flavor of G-Fuel. The taste is definitely a 10/10 and is a very smooth PWO to drink. It was very easy on my stomach as well. Mixibility is a 9/10, I mixed 1 serving with 8oz of water (the product recommends 12oz but 8 worked well) and mixed easily in my shaker. The effectiveness of this product was a 9/10 and gave me a nice energy kick for my workout. I'm not sure how much caffeine is in one serving but... Go to Supplement Review

Review: I tried this supp for the first time for my shoulder workout, and wow this stuff is awesome! It's a very effective pwo for me and really got me all pumped up to lift. I was pretty tired before so this really helped me out, and I even hit some PRs. I had plenty of energy for a good hour after I took it. The flavor was definitely good for a pwo and it mixes very easily.

tlam12 THANK YOU! I just looked up the face pulls, and damn they look fun. I'm ready to incorporate those into my back day. BTW how's the cutting coming along? I'm cutting as well (and i'm sure a lot of people are now w/ the warmer weather).
