When I Started: Jan, 2003
How I Started: My dad, uncle, and granddad were all bodybuilders. When I was little my dad would take me to the Gold's Gym "child care facility" while he worked out. I loved watching the few glimpses that I saw of his workouts and I want to become just like him. Ever since then I was eager to start perfecting my body. I was first able to work out in the 7th Grade when my football coaches wanted us to bulk up for next season. Anyways, I have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It: It helps me feel more confident in myself.
How I Stay Motivated: By thinking of the long-term benifits.
BB Accomplishments: Bench Press: 275; 3 sets of 2 reps when I first turned 15 years old.

Finally!
