When I Started:
Jan, 2003
How I Started:
My dad, uncle, and granddad were all bodybuilders. When I was little my dad would take me to the Gold's Gym "child care facility" while he worked out. I loved watching the few glimpses that I saw of his workouts and I want to become just like him. Ever since then I was eager to start perfecting my body. I was first able to work out in the 7th Grade when my football coaches wanted us to bulk up for next season. Anyways, I have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
It helps me feel more confident in myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
By thinking of the long-term benefits.

"Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
BB Accomplishments:
Bench Press: 275; 3 sets of 2 reps when I first turned 15 years old.

Just 11 more days until my mission trip to Jinotega, Nicaragua! I will be spreading the word of Jesus while bettering the conditions of the citizens there. I'll be assisting in the construction of new facilities, and I'll also be giving medical assistance! XD
Lol!!! I know, the first year I learned sooo much! Then I realized I still had TONS to learn! One day at a time. Having a coach helps. Night nite. Gotta rest and GROW :)

Glad you're enjoying meeting the people. They'll also be teaching you, their ways, culture, politics and just their ordinary day to day lives just like the rest of us. NOW this old man is off the sleep for work tomorrow. Abdre
