I don't superset often. Cardio right now is 30 minutes 3 days a week. I up it when I am trying to cut or maintain.

I eat chicken, tuna, turkey, and lean hamburger/steak for the meat I get protein from. I just got those from walmart or food lion. I eat about 7 meals a days.

Heck, I know guys who take in over 300 a day. I use about 2 shakes a day, and the rest is really food. I focus on high protein foods like milk, nuts, and meat. I aim to have about 30-40 grams per meal.

I am bulking right now so aiming for over 3000 calories and around 250 grams of protein. I think I need to up my carbs since I seem to be stuck with gaining. And the routine is for mass, so higher weight with 8-12 reps.

I just nod and smile along as they talk. I really don't think it matters if I respond or not. Though depends on my mood. Sometimes I will talk if I am taking longer breaks between sets.

I have learned to talk fast since I get alot of questions when I am lifting. Plus, I have learned having my ipod on stops alot of people. Not everyone though.
