Wingate University Attended 2000 to 2004 Wingate, North Carolina United States
High School:
When I Started:
Feb, 2004
How I Started:
I had played around with weights in high school, but it was not until college that a powerlifter friend of mine showed me routines and exercises that I really got into it.
Why I Love It:
I just enjoy trying to get stronger and in better shape. It gives me alot of enegry and is great at relieving frustration.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having been fat in high school keeps me from ever wanting to look or feel like that again. Also, watching the results from bodybuilding keeps me staying with it. Friends online and in real life are great support and inspiration. All glory to God for the transformation I have gone through.
Most of my time with bodybuilding has been aimed at losing fat. I wanted the abs and the cuts, and I pretty much got where I wanted to be. But now my goal is to add some muscle. Basically I am now trying to bulk. However, I lost all that fat once, and I really don't want it to revisit. So...
I can do the milk and meat easily. The nuts I am not so much into, I can't cook fish and I don't know of a local meat place to get elk or that other high protein meat. How many meals do you eat?
How do you consume that many grams of protein? I find it hard to get in 150 grams on a good day. I know I use some shakes to help me and the rest is regular food. Regular food alone is not enough.
Thanks for the post dude. Looks like you've made a lot of progress over the last few years. How is it possible to gain muscle, while staying so lean? I always seem to have to go in one direction or the other...
YEP! MADE MY LIST, CHECKED IT TWICE, JUST WAITING ON DELIVERY, LOL!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YA BUDDY. BACK TO WRITING MY OWN W/O'S, ONE DAY AT A TIME. DIDN'T CARE FOR THAT 30 DAY PLAN I JUST FINISHED. YOU?
There are still people that arent dug out yet and lots of power was lost...so Im one of the lucky ones....There actually has been some deaths from this storm...due to car accidents and even falls....
