Wingate University Attended 2000 to 2004 Wingate, North Carolina United States
High School:
When I Started:
Feb, 2004
How I Started:
I had played around with weights in high school, but it was not until college that a powerlifter friend of mine showed me routines and exercises that I really got into it.
Why I Love It:
I just enjoy trying to get stronger and in better shape. It gives me alot of enegry and is great at relieving frustration.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having been fat in high school keeps me from ever wanting to look or feel like that again. Also, watching the results from bodybuilding keeps me staying with it. Friends online and in real life are great support and inspiration. All glory to God for the transformation I have gone through.
Most of my time with bodybuilding has been aimed at losing fat. I wanted the abs and the cuts, and I pretty much got where I wanted to be. But now my goal is to add some muscle. Basically I am now trying to bulk. However, I lost all that fat once, and I really don't want it to revisit. So...
That's excellent man. I'm seeing strength and size gains as well. Bulking right now. Things are really good! Trying to really build up on top so I can get better balance overall. I got skinny arms. LOL.
What's up Sam? Thanks for stopping by my friend. I've been doing good man. Just trying to continue progress and get this mass on in the off season. It's going to be coming to an end next month...time to start coming down for a contest in March. How's the progress coming along with you?
I never had much luck w/ weight gainer. I tried that for a period, but it stored all along the waste line giving a fluffy appearance. I guess it worked, just went to the wrong places. HA!
