thegoodfightupdated Motivation Level from 10/10 to 6/10 and said: "been on vacation; now sick."
thegoodfightupdated Fit Status "A little irritated that I lost weight in CO..I guess the high altitude plus the increased activity can do that. Time to go eat!"
I have made some progress since my last post here. I am up to 130 lbs and about 160 on the bench. I still look pretty thin, so at this point my goal is to begin to build a muscular physique.
I was in a wheelchair for 4 years of my life, as well as always struggling with physical difficulties. This member could teach us all a lesson in hard work
Just about got my workouts planned for the next several months. They will be divided up into 2-3 month long increments.
Month 1-2: Mass Gain Focus
Month 2-3: Strength Gain Focus
Month 4-6: Each month will focus on a certain part of a larger muscle, such as the long head of the biceps...
I am fine at first but it just drags on and I get tired and bored lol Right now I do abs, legs, arms, and back I think Im gonna make it abs/back and arms/legs that will make it less boring and I can focus on them more when I am doing them.
Thank you, Matt. Good luck in achieving your goals. You are right; bodybuilding is a competition with yourself only. It's all about making yourself better than you are and continually progressing to new heights. Hang in there long enough and you can achieve anything you want with your physique. It just starts with desire.
