When I Started:
Nov, 2007
How I Started:
I have always been average, or a little bit fatter than average and i began to lift weights and watch my diet for my senior season of football, i got huge, and swoled up to a pretty solid 190. I was about 17% body fat, so nothing to really wow at. The first game i broke my right collar bone and was told i was not going to be able to play, or even exercise for 12 weeks. By some type of horrible magic during those twelve weeks i lost around 50 pounds and by the time i was better my body had resembled the skinny fat look that everyone wants(sike). So i decided that for my senior project i was going to get into the absolute best shape i could possibly get into and i will eventually submit my photos into the transformation of the week galleries. I have an incredibly stricked diet and i get up at 4 every morning to get my a$$ into the gym because i really want to change.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump you get when you train, and i also love how i can take pictures of myself every few weeks and see the amazing changes before my eyes, the attention from the females dosent hurt either.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation for me isnt hard at all because i just love to work out, and i stay motivated by playing my favorite music and watching WWE superstars on TV and seeing the way those guys look, especially Triple H.
BB Accomplishments:
Depending on how much i can progress my body i think i may enter some natural contests some time next year.

"How bad do you want it? what sacrafices are you willing to make, live like a hermit, with nothing to do but eat and train, but every second of it will be worth it to improve the way i feel about myself, because when you strip everything away: your body is all you have. And i will be damn sure i take good care of mine."
You did pretty much what I did, except I started at 20% bodyfat. Our diets are very similar. Want to recommend that you try the Steel Meal protein from bb.com. It mixes great with everything, and it's casein protein, the best milk-based one. I combine it with dried egg whites and plasma protein. Give it a try.
Profile pic showing impressive size and definition gained through that 4AM madness. Thick traps and pecs, broad shoulders down to lean waist and big arms. Congrats. Andre
