right now i want to learn how do you work all the abs. mainly the lower. i tried many methods butthey don't seem to be that effective. my goal is to create a body that can handle martial arts training, huge impacts and thing like that.

well i use to lift heavier weights before. i was gaining strength like crazy but my muscles were not getting bigger. but now since i moved all the down to light weights my strength went down but my muscle growth increased alittle. maybe i am doing something wrong. does anyone know of what...
