Technically, I've been working out ever since I started watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when I was 5, but I really started feeling lactic acid when I was in high school. I used to do track and cross country. However, I wanted more muscle tone so I started body building about a year ago.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love the feel of adrenaline pumping through my body. I love that post-workout pump you feel in your muscles. Also, I feel a joy come from the accomplishment of completing a tough session. Finally, I love to see the results show up in my performance and body structure.
How I Stay Motivated:
Now I'm really counting on music to get me through the times when I forget to cool down and I wake up feeling all that lactic acid. I have the ultimate playlist; there is no way you can not go outside after turning it on. Oh and I look in the mirror and I'm either satisfied or I'm not. Either way it makes me want to workout more.
BB Accomplishments:
I know I've put on a lot of muscle all around. I thought that it would be very hard for someone of my body type to gain muscle easily but I was wrong. I enjoy receiving compliments from people at work and the family.

I want to improve my muscle mass, my endurance, and my diet. I also want to inspire people through the body God helps me attain.
Goal (Long):
For now, my goal is to put on more muscle mass. I will stop once I get to a size I like and then focus on muscular endurance. At the same time, I want continually make improvments to my diet. I have been neglecting my nutrition for too long and sooner or later it will catch up to me.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

B.Bunni here reporting 4 duty...I was a VERY BAD GIRL last wk & due 2 my shame I didn't post any new progress pix however, 2day I felt reassured that I was getting back on my game so...if you get a chance, stop by sometime this 4 sum overdue feed bk!
