How I Started:
I was tired of sitting around watching myself get fatter. Once I hit almost 300lbs I knew it was time to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love looking in the mirror day after day seeing the difference in my body. I also love testing the limits of my bodies tolorance to pain.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know I will some day be stage contest material. Wether it takes 6 months, a year, or 5 years I know it'll happen.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping from 271 lbs at more than 40% bodyfat to 173 lbs at 8.5% bodyfat.

Alright the injury to my right bicep is healing up, and back on track. I'm a bit bummed on my bf% though. I do all of my diet planning at night when I find the time. A couple months ago when I figured my diet I overshot by 900 calories so guess what ( as if anybody reads my blog ). I went up...
