How I Started:
I've been working out on/off for 20 years. Started as a high school athlete.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because the weights are very unforgiving. You can either do the reps/weight or you can't. I know where I stand with them and it's easy for me to judge my progress with them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read about bodybuilding all the time. I can never learn too many workout routines. And I am always assessing physiques similar to mine to push me to where I want to be.
