I took "weight training" my senior year in High School, and got addicted within the first couple weeks of lifting. It was supposed to be a blow off class, but I needed a boost in confidence.
Why I Love It:
It increases confidence and self-esteem, it releases endorphins, increases test levels (next day mostly), you just feel better overall
How I Stay Motivated:
The gains I make, which are nice since I came from 140 lbs. up to a bit over 170 lbs. I consume creatine, whey protein, multi-v's, omega 3 oil supps, vitamin C.
BB Accomplishments:
Not much of a number guy. Been super busy this summer (work and summer school), so I've been forced to skip a few days here and there. Bench: 200 (5 reps), Squat: 235 (5 reps), deadlift 235 (5 reps). Max are obviously another 20+ lbs

Okay so i've been drinking too much lately. I turned the big 21 2 weeks ago and it's summer time. I've been celebrating also my "B" in calculus that I opted to take at my local community college because no way could I pass it at my University without dying :)
Hrmmm you don't look 6' you sure you are? cause you look more around the 5'8 5'9 range the way your stocky looking. I'm 6'1 and I'm 170 I don't look that bulky. And I barely have any fat on my body
