im a fan of the six small meals a day,ever since i started cutting out most junk foods and eating more frequently i have lost 30 lbs.
breakfast: i eat 1 cup of oatmeal with two tblsp of flax seeds and 3-5 egg whites.
mid morning snack : two peices of whole wheat bread 2 tblsp natural peanut butter and 1 banana.
lunch: 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast,1/2 cup of assorted veggies broccoli,spinach etc and 1 cup of brown rice.
mid afternoon snack: raw veggies broccoli,baby carrots,sugar snap peas with low fat ranch for dipping.
dinner:4-6 oz of baked fish or chicken,veggies, brown rice
late night snack: 1 cup of plain greek yogurt with 1 packet of stevia and red seedless grapes.
