When I Started: May, 2006
How I Started: was a highschool and college alt. till i got hurt at that time started going to school and working full time after I grad. with my deg. in kines. went to work coaching putting in 80+ hours a week and put the pounds on. My wt. loss started with a religous fast with my co workers and i lost 20lb. and with my knowldge of the body i just kept going.
Why I Love It: I love to see the change in my body have have come a long way and sometimes its hard to believe I made it this far.
How I Stay Motivated: its up and down I had to keep remembering where i wanted to be and also with this sight I would look and see the others that were doing it and seeing the changes they made
BB Accomplishments: a 130+ pound wt. loss

Hi...I still go...just bright and early in the morning (4 am) or late at night. Since I am getting ready for a show in July, then I train with with trainer at another location. How is everything with you?

Man thanks for the encouragement! What did you do to lose the weight. Did you take a lot of Protein? What were your workouts like? Congrats on your success!
