How I Started:
was a highschool and college alt. till i got hurt at that time started going to school and working full time after I grad. with my deg. in kines. went to work coaching putting in 80+ hours a week and put the pounds on. My wt. loss started with a religous fast with my co workers and i lost 20lb. and with my knowldge of the body i just kept going.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the change in my body have have come a long way and sometimes its hard to believe I made it this far.
How I Stay Motivated:
its up and down I had to keep remembering where i wanted to be and also with this sight I would look and see the others that were doing it and seeing the changes they made
Hi...I still go...just bright and early in the morning (4 am) or late at night. Since I am getting ready for a show in July, then I train with with trainer at another location. How is everything with you?
