hey man. no offense. but i noticed u arent usin ne suppliments and ur 16. u can use no xplode and cellmass man. they jack you up. and they will not harm your body. and your chest and abs and everything look fine. but your forarms are the thing that stick out when girls see you. work a hella lot on those. and your biceps. theyr streached over your long arms so youll have to work hard. just sum frendly advice and tips. ps:im 511 and 150...

i know theyr not the only thing that get u big. eating right is huge. and suppliments are just the things in meat you dont have time to eat. or they give you energy for a workout. do you know of any way to increase your bone mass besides drinking milk so it can support more muscle?

well i had a personal trainer help me with the workout and the proper techniques. i rest a full day. like i work out every other day. and just idk what else to do. i already turned to supplements and theyr not helping. everyone my age is benching 180 190 or 200 pounds while im at 150

yo man. i just turned 15. was wondering.. my bench is never steady. i keep working out every other day and every time its usually pretty high. like 125 or so. but i think im maxed out. how do i break through the platou, other than changine my workout?

hey man its not all about the suppliments. you can get plenty of results by hard work. supplements just give you a boost. and if you take too much protein it will destory your kidneys. so take it easy. and switch your workout around. comment back. fyi: im the skinney kid too

hey man im kinda new to this whole site. but dude idk ur talkin about cutting down fat % but dude u have no fat. if i had abs like that and arms with veins sticking out of my armss id be happy. id have summ pride and stuff. dude keep it up. whend u start working out and seeing results?
