suplments are not the one make the difference ..they helpp but still..in order to mvoe on u need to train proper with a program working good on u..eat well , u may use suplements but only to compleate the missing parts..
well there are few things posible:
ur not resting well or ur training program has lots of mistakes.
An other thing posible is u eat wrong
cuz i dont think 15 lbs is ur max
check all those and let me know
No man... I take it after I workout... As soon as I get home... I haven't been taking it lately because I've been hitting the cardio to drop some bodyfat, but I'm going to start taking it again in December...
sup! thanks for the comment. i've always been pretty lean but i really started seeing results probably 2 months or so in doing hard training (pretty much every day).
