i hit calves twice a week as well, usually on wednesday and friday.
no, thats exactly how i do it, mix all of them in a bottle, shake, then guzzle it all down man. Keep up the hard work and you should definately see some results.
Hey, I wish you the best luck in reaching your goal. From what I have experienced, getting that 6 pack is about 70% nutrition, 20% weight lifting, and 10% supplements. People will argue the exact percents all the time, but perfect eating is the key to getting the bodyfat % down and revealing the abs.
