"To boost cardio and start to get more energy. I would like to drop about 15 lbs by end oct."

I plan on working out 6 days a week.
Monday- I will do 40 min of cardio and Chest, with a bit of abs.
Tuesday- I will do 20 min of cardio, and Arms, with abs and push ups.
Wed- I will do 40min of cardio, then back, with abs and push ups.
Thurs- 20 min of cardio, then shoulders shoulders.
Friday- 40 mins of cardio, then on to legs.
Saturday- is basically cardio and any muscle groups that I missed due to my hectic schedule of traveling. |
