How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I like to do as many as I can in a set which usually works out to about 10 to 15 reps depending on the weight I am lifting.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I don't rest long at all ,aybe 30 sec, reason being I am busy and sometimes the gym is pact and your trying to get in and out.
