How I Started:
Physed teacher had a pretty good build and was into working out. Became interested and started working out on and off. Became serious around the 11th/12th grade, but was hard with all the sports/school/job
Why I Love It:
Stress release. No longer play competitive sports and it's something to constantly better myself in and improve upon. It's a way to challenge myself, there are so many important factors that go into natural bodybuilding, training/nutrition/sleep/supplements
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't need motivation, just became a lifestyle. I just have the drive to push myself and try and become better day in and day out. Not really sure where the fire inside me comes from, I just do it for myself

None, can't wait to give a natural competition a shot
