How I Started:
after spending years of making excuses and getting fat i read Kris Gethin's body transformation piece and felt really inspired to get off my fat arse and change my body!
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding makes me feel fitter and stronger each time i pass the gym doors,
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by all the small gains i see around my body, a new curve to my shoulder or a new shape to chest or in fact all the new clothes i can now wear....
BB Accomplishments:
I have already cut 30 pounds and 12% fat and to me that's a great accomplishment....

WOW, this was me eating crap and not training! i had to change!!!!
A little better, but over a whole year i only lost 20 pounds! by yo yo diets and no exercise, i still had to change!
after loosing 30 pounds this year using Chris Gethin's programme, i want to shed the last of my fat and focus on building as much muscle as i can, i think 10% fat within a 12 week period will be a reachable goal....

Hi dan, it's been a while since you left me that comment... I've had a couple bad months but i've returned to the gym, this morning i almost cant put my shirt on, my arms hurt a looot, hehe. How are you doing??
Dan, how's it going? Keep up the pressure with your 12 week challenge! I increased the cardio as I entered week six. I do 30 - 40 minutes in the morning when I wake before my first meal. Keep on pushing hard and forward!
