I was the classic "skinny kid" that could not gain an ounce. I saw a huge bruiser on college campus and it was then I wanted to change. Since then I have more than doubled my size and weight. WOO HOO!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it is great for the body and the soul! It not only helps to build your body, but it also builds discipline, self-esteem, self confidence and beats paying for a therapist....having a rough time, you simply take it out on the weights! And even the exhausted feeling after a grueling workout is great! And also, just the feeling that I am still growing, even at my age! :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I found an old pair of jeans in my closet from when I was in my late twenties...my ARMS hardly fit into where my LEGS used to go! LOL! And knowing that my bodybuilding/training has made me grow to double my size! And that motivates me no end. :)
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing on the stage, but in everyday life the rewards, remarks and comments are priceless!

My favorite part of Bodybuilding is the sleeping because then I don't have to worry about eating all day!! :)
My goal is to simply lift heavy, eat heavy, rest heavy and to get BIG, and then get BIGGER! :)
Goal (Long):
My goal is to see how much muscle size I can put on between now and my 50th birthday. (yup! that's a couple of years from now. In any case, age IS just a number! :)
As the cold bug has pretty much left my system a few days ago and I have been back in the gym getting my training back on track and my intensity back up. The oddest part of it all is that I have actually GAINED 4 pounds while down with the cold for the week! For the last month or so, I have...
THE BEST TRANSFORMATION ON HERE.. Damn, man you look great. Awesome mass on your chest and size on your arms. You have really inspired me big guy. I want to be just like you. Take care and good luck in achieving all your goals and reaching your personal physique objectives, clearly you are well on your way!
it was a pretty good turnout! a lot of stiff comp due to being a national qualifier i suppose! i competed in new orleans this past weekend & placed 2nd.
Thanks for the compliment bigguy. The gains were dissappearing after about 4 months so I changed things up with differnt excersises and higher reps after doing lower rep strength gaining for a few months. Gains are coming again, slowly. Trying to focus on squatts right now. They are tough with a 6'7" frame and 22" thighs!
Hey Ron, good to see you again! Man, you don't even look human, you sure you're not part of some experiment?? LOL! Man, you mass is mind-blowing! What's you routine like these days?
you got incredibly huge!! best compliments. however, now why not cutting a bit? With a little more definition you could completely blow away anyone, in my humble opinion... Anyway never give up training... its for life!!
