I was always a really skinny kid, but very athletic. When I started college I got sick of being the skinny guy. Over the next 7 years or so I went from 155lb to 265lb. Most of it being fat. I thought that with my fast metabolism I could eat anything. Then one day I looked in the mirror and realized that I was fat. Over the course of about three years I slowly lost of the weight and manage to keep most of the muscle.
Why I Love It:
It's my one time of the day to be selfish. I don't have to worry about anyone else except myself. I love the challenge that training presents.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am never satisfied with anything I do
BB Accomplishments:
Skip the "Abdominator" has featured my transformation on his site at http://www.podarco.com/fitness. Thanks again Skip!
I stick to the basics. Barbell curls, dumbell curls on an incline, and hammer curls. 8-12 reps, 3 sets of each. I usually train at a fast pace with less than 45 seconds between sets.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
I start with pushdowns with a rope. Then I will move on to skullcrushers on a decline. And lastly overhead dumbell extensions. I love the extensions. I can handle the 110lbers for 8 reps.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
This has been a weak point for me, but they are coming along. I usually do standing, donkey, and seated calf raises for 12-15 reps, 3 sets each.
Hey Jason, its actually going great! A little cold here right now. Well-cool. Takes me longer to start my metabolism into high gear at the gym! How are you?
LOL. exactly. The gym was empty. I was surprised. It wasnt as bad as people made it seem. Light rain- a little rain here. You know it was the dedicated who showed up when i got there (either that or people with no life lol)
