haha, I HATE fast food, which is half my problem... My eating clean is basically calorie shredding my normal diet. o_O haha And as for living with loved ones who don't care, my family is ademant about me losing weight, and since I live by myself, its harder without that push! haha I really appreciate your help and concern tho. Its really helping me stick with it.

yeah, I'm just concerned because I tend to "sway" easily, and there really arent that many "clean" foods available to me. Ughh! The most important thing to me is the training. My diet is pretty much : "calories in, calories out", but I really want to figure out how to train to lose the fat.
