My Lean Body Mass was 196lbs of muscle as of Jan 1st 2006. I have gained 29.8 lbs. of lean body mass in the past year. My total body weight is 245lbs And grownig!

I want to get back the person and body i once had, I gained 130lbs in a little over two years and i have felt like crap since....
