I love to workout/bodybuild because it can take away so much stress that might have been put on me.What I really love is seeing the transformations on my body knowing that I'll live a longer and healthier life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing my father still workout and just by myself seeing my improvements and transformations.
"I want to gain 16 lbs of muscle in 16 weeks"
"I want to be able to see my abs with 8% bodyfat or lower"
"It's going to be a pain but I want to be able to get my 2 mile run in 13 minutes"
"I want to become more social with people in general"

I want to GAIN 16 lb

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
It has improved my overall life by just making me feel alot much better about how I look and just giving me more confidence in whatever I do.

How bodybuilding and fitness has helped me is by keeping me stronger and even more healthier than I used to be.
