i first started after high school but have been wildly inconsistant since then this what i lokked like but i want to get back to it and look better than ever

well got to take the good with the bad. Im injured again back is swollen and  i have spasms. looks like this journey we'll be taken slower but now i can focus on my diet now that i am injured once more so thats ok i must accept and be content to move around this obstacle

Hey bro. Was just taking a quick look at your goals, have you ever tried stomach vacuums? No, not like that =P Its a technique that helps slim down your waist and develops the core area behind your abs. For me, it helps the lines show up deeper. You can find it on the Supersite, I think it'll help tremendously and its very simply to do. =) Good luck chief! ~Jag
