Background
I've always been active and healthy since I was about 13 and did my first diet "losing about 40 lbs". When I was 18 and enjoying college life I saw myself getting soft and joined a gym, but this time hell or highwater I was going to bodybuild. It's now almost 3 years later, and while I'm still a long way from my goal, I've made improvements and will keep doing so.
I love watching myself become something better than myself.
