Can you believe this was a few hours after my Borat pics... at the same party someone fell on me as I was getting up from sitting in the garden and snapped my ankle... the first thought in my head was... no, I can't to the gym...

After breaking my ankle I thought I'd still be able to train but being on crutches you don't get anywhere quickly, crutches take a lot out of you. After 3/4 months I'd lost the will to train and had to learn to walk again. Been hard to get back in training so this was taken at start of Dec. Training begins in Jan... 2009 time to transform!!
