This is the end of an 8 week program, 1st 4 weeks, heavy short reps, next 4 weeks, supersets with high reps. not concentrating on cardio for another 4/5weeks

Thanks man!! I started BFL a few years ago, did it for about 6 months, and saw some great change. I've changed up my workouts, but continue to use a lot of the diet tips.

Wow, that's nice your doing good!!!! Keep it up, at the end it's gonna pay off for you. Im doing well I just got home from a gruesome workout I was in at 6:30 am until 8:30 pretty intense but worth it. lol

Yeh the weather here is pretty pants, especially today actually-its sooo windy! I wanted to go the shops cause Im out of eggs-shock,shock,horror,horror ...an yway, I dont drive and I just did NOT feel like braving that wind :(
