How I Started:
When I was about 17 I got introduced to it in the Army by my very strong 16 year old mate. I pumped weights for about a year and then got distracted by pubs and clubs. Now at 26, I feel its time to lose the beer belly, cut out the smoking and start to look and feel good again.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel stronger, healthier and sexier. It boosts my confidence, self esteem and its fun at the same time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to look at other users 'before' and 'after' photos. I love seeing people come from an extremely unhealthy start to that of an award winning body and showing the world they have done what everyone probably said they couldn't. Well done to all of you. You are motivation in a nutshell.
