Thanks for the post. This summer has been crap for my nutrition and training. I just feel tired. Now, what I'm trying to figure out when I started feeling tired - before or after I fell into the workout funk... Need motivation.

I'm sorry... sermonindex is a sermon website directory. I should have been clearer about that. I'm not sure about inspirational fitness music... I'll hafta check that out.

They sped up the workout, that's for sure! I think they'll work well, if I stick with a regular regimen. I've been struggling with that. Oh, well. The battle continues!

That makes a lot of sense. I did your Monday workout yesterday (of course), and it took me an hour to get through not supersetting and having one minute in between each set.
I'm curious about your nutrition timing. I know a lot of people put stock into working out first thing in the morning before the first meal. Others vary greatly on their opinions. Where were you at in timing your meals around your workouts?

How long do you rest in between sets? Do you use slow, proper form? Thanks for your response!

Congratulations on your transformation! I'm so embarrassed... I have a total gym and a really nice set of resistance bands, and here you are doing mostly bodyweight exercises and having just one set of 20lb dumbbells. Thank you for submitting your transformatios story. I really needed to see that. Best wishes, Jeff

What are the pros and cons of doing cardio twice daily? How would one do it for the best benefit?

The sad thing is I'm going to be in Florida about the time you're doing the Tampa contest (at least, I think the Tampa contest you're referring to is in Florida...I could be wrong), but I'll be more towards Louisiana, and not able to be down there to see you perform. Sucks. By the way, nice improvement in your size. I saw your progress pics. You're getting huge, bro.

I'm still quite new at all this stuff, so I appreciate your feedback. If one were to take something like SuperPump, would it need to be a permanent thing, or how long? Ideally, I'm sure you could probably take it your whole fitness career. What about the novice?

May I change the subject and ask about SuperPump 250? I was watching one of your vids about that product. I've been considering something like that for awhile. Anyways, in Flex, I noticed some before and after pics of guys using it. How long would it take for those guys to deflate after the "after" pic? Also, what is the benefit of being so pumped up like that after a workout? They'll only shrink down again, wouldn't they? Thanks for all of your comments. I'm very grateful.

Yeah, I've seen your vids, and you demo good form while still illustrating explosive, yet controlled movements. You look like you've gotten great results from that. How many exercises and sets would you say you perform each training session? BFL hovers around 25-30 sets, depending on the session...about 40-45 minute intense workouts.

Yeah, BFL is good stuff, but it has to be done right. They have a fitness video that displays how they prefer people to perform reps properly. They call it "slow and deliberate," and that, of course, effects how much weight one can use. I struggle with that a lot...even still to this day. But, it works better than most other workouts I've tried.
