When I Started: Aug, 2007
How I Started: Just like most people, started the whole lifting and working out during high school to get bigger for football. I wasn't really big for a full back, maybe 185 in season but I was squatting over 300 consistently so I had some decently strong legs....after senior year I finally gave creatine a try and I ended up putting like ten pounds of muscle on which blew me away, been hooked on iron since :)
Why I Love It: It's the best way to take stress out I mean whats better than going to a gym for an hour or so and throwing weights around. Plus I get a huge self esteem boost by seeing myself develop into a healthier person.
How I Stay Motivated: I used to be overweight during middle school, like overweight where I was embarassed to wear normal shirts, I always wore Xlarge shirts in six/seventh grade...i hated taking pictures etc....so whenever I see myself in the mirror or while working out and I want to quit I think about the past and it only fuels the fire.
BB Accomplishments: none yet...but after I return from field training for my air force ROTC this summer I'm gonna start bulking up again and see if I can enter a contest before school or around the beginning of school.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
after taking pre-workout supps, I watch videos of bodybuilders like cutler and listen to some music that just pumps me up

I do it lol and it helps in my personal opinion and some studies have shown that it boosts adrenaline

So this is nearing the first week of my cutting phase that I'm undergoing....so far I think it's going pretty good, I can tell I'm loosing fat and not muscle, which is always a good thing lol.  I'm doing a two-one diet plan....two days of about 60% protein/35% carbs/5% fat and then switch for...

Workout Program:
So as of 6 May 2008, I have two weeks left till I officially get on a plane for Field Training....with this in mind, I am boosting my cardio to twice a day on workout days and on non-workout days doing an hour of cardio during the middle of the day when it's the hottest (which will help...

Sublexed three of my ribs doing pull-ups they think...left my whole left back/side/abs messed up. BUT, good news is I'm back at it as of 2 days ago :) Any chance you're going to be down here for the VEISHA celebrations this weekend?

Hey you! How are things?! Yea, break was good and now it's back to the grind...only 5 weeks though! How's training going? I've been out on injury for the last 6 weeks unable to do ANYTHING. I just got the clear to walk and do the elliptical w/o arms last week. Hopefully I will be back soon! It's driving me crazy!
