I took it in high school as a blow off class... and treated it as just that. I've always wanted to gain weight and look like the guys on TV, but I never cared enough. Now, I'm pushing my self harder than before and I will Gain that weight.
Why I Love It:
I love it cause it's you versus yourself, that other guy doesnt matter. It's what you tell yourself you can and can't do, your the only one standing in your way. The walls your breaking down to get there are the ones you put up.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep myself motivated by realizing that I'm not gonna get the results i want by going to the gym and doing a lil bit then going home. I know you have to get in there tear it up and leave. Success isn't resulted of spontanious combustion, you have to light yourself on fire.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet.

For a long time I had a hard time gaining muscle too. Most hard gainers do. If you want to gain lean mass you must increase your caloric intake. The body cannot build muscle until your calories exceed your expenditure. Increase 100-200 cals a day for a week until you see a difference. Then train hard on your three days! That's been my experience. Hope it helps. D
