EHHS Football: if you wanted to be on the team, you had to lift. That was just to stay strong. Now I plan to take it more seriously.
Why I Love It:
I love the soreness; a sense of accomplishment. It takes me away from my reality.

Listening to good music... Looking at the people around me and saying "I need to get right."

I am waiting for my supplements to come. I am getting stronger on my on without supplements; can't begin to imagine how I will improve after the supp's. I bought Lipo 6 to help with the fat burn, Shakers for my protein (the old ones got mildew after a thirty day trip), N.O. Explode for a boost.....
