I am waiting for my supplements to come. I am getting stronger on my on without supplements; can't begin to imagine how I will improve after the supp's. I bought Lipo 6 to help with the fat burn, Shakers for my protein (the old ones got mildew after a thirty day trip), N.O. Explode for a boost.....

Dumbell Flyes = 45 x 10+; 50 x 10+; 55 x 8+
Glad you like Crossfit. I hear you about the pull ups. I can kip somewhat but not efficient enough, but it does kill my time on things like Murph, Angie etc. My Fran suffers more from the burn of the Thrusters rather then lack of a kip. Groups rule!
Thank you I would think the body would be a lil conceded, lol. The boobs were bought but the legs and butt were my gift from God! That has been my nickname since highschool I have a 34" inseam. Hope your doing welL!
you've got the strength for OCS but as I'm sure you know, you mostly need endurance. If you can score over a 250 on the PFT you'll be fine. Everything they do there involves complex movements so get used to rope climbing, vaulting over walls, push presses. They are big fans of supersetting push/pull exercises as well. Maxing out with pullups, then banging out pushups and back and forth like that for a few sets. Let me know if you want to know anything specifically though.
