thanx man, i fought from 20 to 25 - since that no more real fight cause i have problems with my kidneys and its too dangerous. so now i train with a little lower intensity and no more full contact sparring. time to bulk a little bit ! chris

in summer i broke my leg and so i focused on weight training - especially my upper body. and now i'm fit - i do: 2 times weight trainig in the gym and 2 times at home with kettlebells - on the other side i do now intervall sprints (2 times) and every morning 30 min streching and technic. and u ? whats ur routine at the moment ? chris

hey man, teakwondo(10 years) and boxing(3 years), but now i want to begin with a little grappling. i only can fight at standing position and thats not good wish u the best ! chris

hahaha hey man, thanx - i think a little more mass is now on my bones. during my injury it was time to pump up my upper body. but tell me whats new with ur k.o career and one thing i have to remind to u and myself: THE THINGS U OWN, END UP OWNING U

hey man, sometimes my girlfriend makes the picture and somtimes i do it - in the mirror - so it is on the right (wrong) side. ur tat looks also interessting - what stands on ur right arm ?

hey, what kind of fighter am i ? i would say a peacefull warrior - i think warrior is a better word than fighter. i prefer fighting in the standing position - i really like kicks and i love philosophy of the martial art ! chris

hey, more focus: more focus in every moment - train ZaZen (sittingmeditation) - is very good and important for me more power: train my body, mind and cleaner nutrition more speed: special matrial arts training (f.e.: plyometrie) chris
