haha its far and few between right now, but i workout like the 300 vid when i get a day off, this week i get today off, then next monday is my next day to train, so ill be losing alot of mass, but getting cut up isnt bad haha sooon man, im getting alot of o.t. so ill be investing it in going to some gyms soon
