I want to lose fat and gain muscle by summer so I can take my shirt off at the beach :))
Goal (Long):
I've been into sports since i was kid, all kind, tennis, soccer, basketball, swimming, karate, taekwondo, boxing and current ultimate fight. From all of that, martial arts i like the most. When i first started with ultimate fight i was 79 Kg, i was lifting weight but my nutrition was meesed up because i wasn't that informed about all these stuff about diet. From September till April next year i bulked up to 93 Kilos, mass weight. I started work harder at my job and i was careless about my training, after one year i gained 10 more KGs, fat only. Now at 103 KGs of mostly fat, my primary goal is to lose that fat and shred it to ca. 90 KGs.

I want to LOSE 12 kg
