Well, I've been getting to workout 4 days a week.  I'm finally getting back to it.  I've got one great workout partner, and another joined us.  We've been working out in a shed..but a very loaded shed.

I've been completing about 75% of my cardio a week.  Today I'm going to start getting...

Ryan, incredible progress man. Jump back on track. Its easy to get off and sometimes so hard to get back on. Believe me, I've been bad the last two days with all of the Christmas goodies around. Good luck in your new location and use it as a another to motivate yourself even more. Buy only healthy stuff and don't let anything else in the house. Keep up the awesome work.

I had a workout partner like that once. I would always tease him about the big bucket he needed to carry. His bucket of excuses. Excel Fitness? Where's that?
