I remember buying a copy of Muscles & Fitness back when I was younger - it was Arnold's 40th Birthday Issue (I still have it) and I remember looking at the pictures and I knew I wanted to look like the guys one day.
Why I Love It:
It gives me hope that maybe one day I'll have the body I want
How I Stay Motivated:
Hearing all the compliments from friends and family lately telling me that I look more muscular and less fat. It's an awesome feeling having other people compliment me. Also, I remind myself that if I dont go I'm going to end up overweight and unhealthy. Logging on here and seeing other guys acheviements helps too
