How I Started:
I have always been active in sports and martial arts. Working in an office for 10 hours a day wasn't the best thing for my body. I stopped eating right and working out. I picked up a fitness magazine one day and got motivated to turn it all around. Now i'm hitting the gym regularly and trying to stay in good health.
Why I Love It:
Its a good stress release, and it is an awesome feeling when you see the results of your hard work.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
the gym has all of the equipment that i like. it's cheap and it's right by my house. one of the few cons would be fat people in spandex. ewww....
