I have been working out for Strength, since playing High School Sports in the early 90's. In 2009, I competed in, and won my class in my first show.

WHY I LOVE IT:

My Workout Program

4 sets of leg lifts at 15 reps each, then weighted ab machine crunches at 4 sets of 30 at 70-80 lbs, decline crunches at 4 sets of 30 reps, and last but not least cable crunches (my favorite), this exercise really got my abs to pop..I do 2 sets of 40 at 50 lbs, and then another 2 sets of 40 at 60 lbs,

steve1811 Tony; I recently did a request for you to add me to friends, but have not heard back from you yet. You have good muscle development. I am a real short guy at 5'3, and weigh 168. I'd like to drop down to 140 lbs. At that short height, I need to shed that much fat. Do you know other guys in the real short 5'2 -5'3 range like me? You are a good role model for me.
