I deffinitly plan on changing this in a few weeks,just my focus right now is fat loss later it will be towards building lean.

Taebo cardio every day, taebo extreme W/ Cardio, Currently really just trying to lose weight i figured this would be the fastest way is lots of cardio.

But also mixed in on Saturday and Sunday with cardio trying to preserve and strengthen the muscle i do have is the following-

Chest squeeze : grip tube under handles fingers up hold for 10 secs 5 reps
30reps each side lean presses

  • Change up your diet and try not to get injured. That just totally messes a workout cycle. I'm in the same boat. I gotta lose fat too.

TruInsanity hey thanks for the complement.. heres a tip if you'd like to try.. weighted jump rope, ab roller along wit 3-4 mile speed walk 3 times a week.. heavy upperbody weights for development.. shoulders chest trap.. as u shed pounds you will swell up n cut up at the same time Mar 16, 2013 9:03am

davidh1321 well I have a background in exercise science so I know all the basics with nutrition. to really get the most out of a diet, you need to understand how food works. I've got my meal plan laid out in my bodyblog. Right now its a little different because I've cut out fats and sugars. I'll send you some information. Jan 25, 2012 3:01pm

degeorge Yeah, Im following the same diet I used when I lost all the weight. For the first 8 weeks I am going to go low fat following 40% pro, 40% carbs, and 20% fat. After I am going to carb cycle. Beginning will be all whole grain carbs and a lot of protein and less fatty meats, and I will follow the basic carb cycle towards the end. Jan 24, 2012 10:20pm
