Background
I always idolized Arnold Schwarzenegger , looked up to him in movies he was what i wished i could be when i was younger. i then learned of the Arnold fitness expo/convention held here and i ended up going every year or so, i have been lifting on and off over the past 4 years but haven't stuck with it long enough think the longest period of time i stayed on a strict meal plan , and routine was 3 months and i started to see some results and started taking it easy n got lazy, that isn't gonna happen this time though. I Really wanna do it and hold to it now , and get what i want. 2012 jan 10 *Update atm I am focussing on losing fat/cutting then bulking up once I hit 170 pounds.
Knowing that i am working on the one and only thing that is with you for the rest of your life, and improving it is one thing i love about it. the burning you get after you lift or work out that lets you know you've actually done something.the best feeling is right after a good set of concentration curls.

Taebo cardio every day, taebo extreme W/ Cardio, Currently really just trying to lose weight i figured this would be the fastest way is lots of cardio.
But also mixed in on Saturday and Sunday with cardio trying to preserve and strengthen the muscle i do have is the following-

5 bow extensions each side
Chest squeeze : grip tube under handles fingers up hold for 10 secs 5 reps
30reps each side lean presses

Dumb bell curls
12 reps X 3ets
