I want to see how far I can take my physique NATURALLY. Seeing just how much muscle some of these other natural guys on Bodyspace have been able to build (Big Concrete, NickEdge) shows me that good diet and hard training can take you far
look in better shape every summer than the year before, and to be stronger every winter. I also wanna run a 4.9 40 yard dash and a sub 60 400 m this summer. Throw in a 32" vertical jump also. So many goals...........
