How I Started:
I had to take a spring course at university, it was at 12:00-1:00 on the weekdays. As a result of the poor timing of the lecture, I couldn't really get a job - so I hit the gym. I didn't know much about the gym, as a result I had difficulty putting on any muscle or mass. After an 8 month period of trail and error I think I finally have it figured out and started to take things seriously mid April 2009.
Why I Love It:
At the beginning I loved it because it would keep me more awake throughout school days and more focused in class. Later the pump, and finally the end of the day results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've always been a very dedicated person, once I've set a goal it becomes very difficult for me to not focus on it.
BB Accomplishments:
This one is going to sound extremely lame, but here goes. On May 5, 2008 I think was my first attempt at doing a Flat Bench Press. I was not capable of lifting 85lbs for reps. Now I can do 145 for reps. Keeps me happy at night. lol
Started working out in high school (2002), and hated it because I was not developed enough to see gains and quit. Returned in college with a semi serious workout routine. So, I'd say it's fair to say about 2003/2004 is when I began.
