When I Started: Dec, 2005
How I Started: I joined the football team in 9th grade, and we lifted weights as a team. I had caught the bug, and then my parents bought me a set of my own.
Why I Love It: I like to be stronger, and more physically fit then those around me, because it benefits me as a fighter. I am a blackbelt in karate, but having the muscle in addition to the moves is seriously beneficial.
How I Stay Motivated: When I see people who can lift more then me, or are bigger then me...my motivation to be stronger rises.
BB Accomplishments: Nothing super-impressive...but, I did gain 15 lbs. of muscle in my first four monthes of lifting, and I did it with no supplements at all.
