Judging by your other comments, you sound really insecure bro. If someone's lifts are higher you call them a liar. If they're lower, you call them weak. I'll take that as a compliment... not just about my lift, but about the person I am. Grow up dawg.

its a 1 rep max calculation. i never tried it. i entered in 160 x 6 reps and thats what it calculated.

yea well...i have very bad knees and a bad back. i have osgood schlatters in both knees and no more joint or cartiledge between my L4 and L5 vertebrae.
