How I Started:
I was inspired by an older woman I knew who at the age of 43 lost more than 150lbs for health reasons. On May 25, 2009 I was offically weighed in at 199lbs. I have the photos to prove it...not a pretty picture. By December of 2008 I was only down to 186lbs. On December 31st 2008 I decided that this would be the last New Years Eve that I made a resolution revolving my weight. I've been working hard and making steady progress ever since.

RESULTS! And not just mine...I love watching others transform their bodies as well. It's what gets me to the gym on days I don't want to go and what motivates me resist that second...or third cookie.
BB Accomplishments:
I have no major bodybuilding accomplishments...I am interested in possibly one day entering a fitness competition...we'll see ;)
