No problem! I forgot to tell you the weighted did is one of the best exercises for developing the bench pressing power I got up to dipping with a 100lb plate on the back of my legs. I was at my strongest benching 405 for about 3 reps!
I was benching 303lb by the end of my senior year of high school. Mainly by focusing on working my triceps hard and benching three times a week as well as working my shoulders and back as well. What you have to do is have a good training partner or some one to assist you and try to add 2.5 lbs to your bench every week and lift as many times as you can possibily lift it then have some one assist your with 2 to 3 more negatives afterward!
